Report Cards
Families are now able to access their students’ report cards through their portal by logging into MyCBE. The report card is one of the ways teachers communicate how your child is progressing in their learning. Teachers may also share learning progress through parent/teacher conferences, your child’s daily work and assignments, and other ongoing communication with you. Should you have questions about your child’s report card, please contact their teacher.
Winter Walk Day Feb. 7
Winter is here and we would like to celebrate staying active throughout the year! This year Bridlewood School will be showing belonging and connection to our community through Winter Walk Day. On February 7 we are encouraging all of our families to walk to school or to the bus stop. Dress for the weather, walk like a penguin if it’s icy and enjoy an invigorating morning walk. Thank you for your support and participation in Winter Walk Day!
February is Black History Month
Every February people across Canada participate in Black History Month events and festivities that honour the legacy of Black Canadians and their communities. The theme for Black History Month 2024 is Black Excellence: A Heritage to Celebrate; a Future to Build. Black History Month provides an opportunity for schools tospotlight the innovative, courageous, and inspiring voices, stories, and contributions of Black Canadians and communities. This may include inspiring further conversations, continued learning and exploration of the profound legacies and transformative contributions of Black Canadians and peoples in Canada and around the world.
