Monday, January 15 - Professional Development Day

Monday, January 15 is a professional development day for staff. There is no school for students on this day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 16.

Weather Reminders for Families

With the extreme cold and snowy weather in full force, here are some weather reminders for families.

Upcoming | Report Cards

Families will be able to view online student report cards for Kindergarten to Grade 12 on Jan. 30, 2024. Report cards for the 2023-24 school year may be viewed, downloaded and/or printed. To access parents and guardians can sign in to MyCBE.

Kindergarten report cards: In January progress in ELAL (English Language Arts and Literature) and Mathematics will be communicated to parents and legal guardians via the report card.

In June progress in all discipline areas will be communicated to parents/legal guardians via the report card.

Adolescent Brain Development | Family & Caregiver Well-Being Session

As part of a continued effort to support the well-being of students, CBE is committed to sharing valuable information about child and youth well-being with families and caregivers.
This is the second (of five) sessions available for families and caregivers, this time focusing on 'brain development in adolescence'. Access the session here: Child & Youth Well-Being Family & Caregiver Series

Looking Ahead | Kindergarten Registration 2024-25

Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year will begin on Monday, Jan. 15, 2024. Children can be registered for kindergarten as long as they turn five years old on or before Dec. 31 of the school year they will be in kindergarten. For example, when registering for the 2024-25 school year, your child must turn five on or before Dec. 31, 2024. All registrations are completed online through SchoolEngage. School Council and BSFS News

Happy New Year! We’d like to invite you all to our January School Council and Fundraising Society meetings on Wednesday January 17th @ 6:30pm in the Learning Commons of Bridlewood School. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend. Come see what is happening in the school and help us plan our upcoming events. Share your thoughts and ideas or sit quietly and observe. All are welcome here!
