Monday Special Events

Pancake Breakfast for students starting at 8:15AM.

Sports Day Fun – Beach Bash

Students will be participating in activities during the afternoon.  Please ensure that your students come to school with sun smart basics in place: hat, sun screen, appropriate clothing (lightweight shirts – darker colors), and sun glasses if needed. Should the day be particularly sunny we will make sure that they seek shade.

Students will be receiving a treat at the end of the Sports Day activities.

Report Cards

Families can view, download or print online report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 students starting Wednesday, June 25 until July 25, 2025 in MyCBE.

Medication at the Office 

Please ensure you have collected your child’s medication from the office. Medication is not stored at the school over the summer. If you would like to arrange for your child to bring their medication home in their backpack, please contact the office.  

Lost and Not-Yet Found 

As we start to organize and clean up for the end of the year, we are encouraging families to check the lost and found. If your child is missing something (notably coats/hoodies), please encourage them to pick them up this week or stop by the school to look for missing items. Before or after school is a good time for parents to have a look through the “lost and not yet found” items. Unclaimed items will be packed and donated at the end of the day on June 26. 

Last Day of School

Thursday is our last day of school.  Dismissal is at 11:45AM

Please note that teachers are available on June 26 and 27 to address and concerns and questions that might arise in relation to reporting.
