Hello Bridlewood Parents/Guardians,
Please take a moment to read our weekly messages.
Gratitude
We are grateful to our Grade 2 students and staff for leading our Bridlewood Remembrance Day assembly for 2024. These young students helped us reflect upon the service and sacrifice put forth by both humans and animals to achieve peace in times of war. Also included in the program was the traditional laying of wreaths, one per grade placed on a table flanked by our Indigenous, Canadian, and Alberta flags. Many would agree that the most touching moment of the assembly was when the Grade two students, led by Ms. Fatica, raised their voices in a beautiful, hope inspiring closing song.
We send our hope for peace out to the world.
