Spring Fundraiser

It's not too late to get in on our Purdy's Spring Fundraiser! Orders can be placed until Tuesday, March 10. Order pick-up is on Monday, March 30 from 3:00–5:00 PM at the Bridlewood School staff entrance by the parking lot.

Grade 6 Outdoor School Parent/Guardian Meeting

A meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12 at 6:30 PM at the school. If you are unable to attend, please make alternate arrangements with your child's teacher.

A Good Day at School

A good day at school begins with a good night's sleep, some breakfast, and a positive, unrushed drop-off. If you find yourselves running late, try not to stress – it is always better to arrive a few minutes late than to make unsafe drop-off decisions.

Last week, several unsafe behaviours were observed during drop-off. As a reminder:

• Please park your car and help your children exit on the curb side. Do not let students out of double-parked vehicles into moving traffic.
• Do not park in the bus zones. School staff and bus drivers are responsible for safely loading and unloading students, including those who require additional support.
• Please use the crosswalks. Adults were observed rushing children across the street mid-block through traffic last week. As adults, we must model responsible pedestrian behaviour for our children.

School Conferences

Conference bookings will open on Monday, March 15, 2026 through your MyCBE account. Please prioritize attending with your children – your interest, encouragement, and active involvement mean the world to your child and their teacher.

Staffing Update

Please welcome retired principal Mrs. Micheline Huber to Bridlewood School. Micheline will be serving as Assistant Principal during Joanne Lambrinoudis' leave.
